Ok sounds good I know it cant be side-loaded with nooks stock android but can be done with custom rom which you have.

I can offer you £65 and can make the payment lunch time if you can confirm you can send it out this afternoon by RMSD to be delivered by 1pm tomorrow.

If you cant send it out this afternoon I can make the online transfer when I get home tonight.

    Cheers

Sorry but I'll stick with my offer as 32gb version went about £75 or £80 recently if I remember rightly.

I would not think this would be much heavier than Ipad 4 that I sold here recently and I remember paying about £11 for next day delivery insured up to £500

So hopefully it should be about £11 not £25

    Cheers

If it does way over 2kg I'm sure we can work something out using an alternative means of insured delivery (collect+ parcel2go maybe) if necessary.

to save any messing about with this i have sold it to someone in work who saw it and said they wanted it. Sorry about messing around but the postage price really put me off and this was a lot easier

This is interesting. I do not think mods will be happy about you agreeing to sell here then selling somewhere else.

I would say very poor trading

i agree its not ideal but there was no agreement to sell it was pending postage cost verification and my price was not met. as i said im sorry but this was the easiest way for me

I think you'll find i offered the revised asking price of £70 delivered unconditional ~ most disappointing indeed

I agree it was the easiest way for you but that does not mean the easiest way for you is the right way of trading in this case.

Your price does not need to be met if you agree with buyer’s counter offer which you agreed to at 10:47 pending postage cost.

We all know posting 9” tablet does not cost £25 as it cost me £11 to post 9.7” tablet.

You just could not be bothered with postage and postage cost which I understand if it is the easiest way for you but someone with your high trading should know better.

Sorry but accepting my counter offer by saying ‘right ok’ then not bothering with the hassle of postage or selling it somewhere else is just poor trading.

It is just a bit disappointing to see someone like you with high trading chose the easiest way not the right way.

You sir should not make any offer unless you are sure about the status of the sale. The seller agreed to sell it to me at £65 pending postage cost and it is really wrong for you to match the revised offer after he has already accepted the counter offer.

I don’t know why you are disappointed, as you should not have even made any offer after the seller agreed to sell it to me and went to find out the postage cost.

Alex_ Your offer was conditional on postage, mine was not, he was going to 'let you know', but hey-ho we both didn't get it...Maybe i misinterpreted the rules, & i apologise to you if i did, but we can't do a lot about it now anyway!

I never agreed to sell at £65 i countered your offer with £70 to which you said no so then i said ill check the postage price and let you know. That is not an agreement to a sale. Also the size of the tablet does not matter that much yest the nook is a little heavier than an ipad but the nook box is significantly heavier than the ipad box there is a lot more cardboard. plus the packaging and plus the box to put it in. Maybe i should have thought to weigh before posting the ad but even at 2.1kg the price is £25. Im not sure why your are saying i couldnt be bothered with postage, as you said i have a lot of trading feedback here and have posted many items.

As per the posts above, the asking price was lowered to £70 in post #9

In post #14 the asking price was offered which automatically becomes an agreed deal.

This is the third instance of withdrawing from an agreed deal or advertising elsewhere so I am left with no choice but to issue a further infraction.

Please re-read the trading rules before posting again.

    Thank you.

    Bleem,

Please can you comment on post 11? especially the 'right ok' part? you say asking price was offered in post 14 but when I stuck with my counter of £65 the seller replied 'right ok' in post 11 and told me he would investigate postage cost well before £70 was offered in post 14.

    Thanks

The seller said they would investigate postage costs but no deal was agreed at that point. The only agreed deal on thread was the £70 offered.

Yes the seller said they would investigate postage cost but he also said right ok when I stuck with my offer of £65. Why would he investigate postage cost and say 'right ok' if he didn't agree the deal at that stage?

Ohh well never mind we live and learn, maybe I misinterpreted him saying 'right ok' as agreeing the deal but if that is not the case my apologies go to Delh68.

    Thanks
