Noob question, How do I delete downloaded demo's?

Hello guys. I'm sorry for the noob question, but I can't seem to figure out how to delete the demo games I've downloaded. I just got my PS3 a few days ago, and I'm still figuring it out. Thanks in advance!

Triangle when its highlighted - the press delete.
