Noisy PS4 Pro

A couple of months ago, my PS4 Pro started making a lot of noise when I was using it, so I decided to take it apart and re-apply thermal paste, which fixed the problem, at least for a short while. Since then though, it has gradually become louder and louder to where it sounds like a jet engine firing up.

What probably didn't help, was me using some old Noctua paste that I didn't use when I was upgrading my PC. This time, I'm going to do it again, but with some Kryonaut Thermal Grizzly.

I have a question regarding the thermal pads though. What type of pads and what thickness are required for the RAM chips (I've seen different people claim different types and thicknesses), and which manufacturer offers the best performance?

As soon as I can figure it out, I'm going to order them and crack on with it.
