Noise when walking

Hi all, I'm after some noise cancelling wireless headphones mainly for a long flight but also for general use and making a short walk to work most days. All in-ear headphones I've used I suffer from hearing myself walk if that makes sense .I was looking at the B&O H8 but noticed on a review this can be a problem aswell. Just looking for recommendations or advice from anyone who suffers the same problem .

The only way to eliminate it is to have open backed headphones. The cause is air pressure in your ear from having them covered. There are some ciems that have a pressure release system in them also, but they are pricey.
