Can anyone please advise on the following:

    1) What is the maximum distance you can place a Sim2 HT200DM from a 16x9 6ft screen without the picture bleeding over the edges?

    2) The projector is right above me currently, mounted upside down. It seems noisier this way. If I were to keep it exactly above me (there's an RSJ which means I don't have to destroy the ceiling)but mount it on an L shaped bracket, so that it's the 'right' way up, will it be much quieter?

Thanks to anyone who can advise on this.

The projection distance should be about 17' away for a 6' wide 16:9 screen.

The Sim is quite noisy when ceiling mounted, which is a shame because its such a good Projector. Looking into ways of quietening it down, hush box needed.
