Does anyone know why Warner Brothers do not feature DTS on there DVD releases compared to other distributors?

What is more confusing is that if you look on the DTS website it catalogues current or future movies that feature DTS-ES sound at the theatre.

Surely if they're processed this way for the theatrical releases then it would not be such a headache to show the soundtracks off to there full potential on DVD?

However, Warner Bros have always been a bit late to see the big picture...ie. the 'Snapper' boxes they used to distribute the discs, until finally coming around to the more user friendly 'Amaray' boxes!!:D

I remember there being a post on here some time ago about Warner sound engineers looking into the whole DD Vs DTS issue, and deciding there wasn't any benefit to be gained from having DTS on their releases. Obviously there were a few posters who disagreeed quite strongly.
