No vouchers from CD wow

Hi!
I got my order from CD wow this morning. There were no no vouchers with my order-so I e-mailed them to ask why. I got an e-mail back from them saying "There are no vouchers being sent with orders at the moment" Wonder why

Wonder if it's anything to do with using a £1.00 voucher that was post on here

 

Strangely I received an email this morning asking if they had done something wrong as I hadnt ordered anything from them this year. There was a 50p off voucher with the email.

Its strange coz I've spent about 100quid with them this year

 

Same thing happened to me, spent loads too

I ordered Star Trek 6 from them and by wednesday nothing had happened so I asked them and they said it would go out within 24hours, then I had an email saying they wouldnt have stock until 8th so I asked them to cancel my order, got my money straight back and they even sent me a £1 discount voucher, not bad

CDwow sent me a 50p voucher today via e-mail

 

they've never sent me a voucher by email

i got a 50p one with my first order, but apart from that, nothing.

 

how do i get them
