No video after candle was under tv

Hello avforums,

I have a 40" Element LCD 40LE45Q a candle was placed under the TV and when i noticed it was too close it was a bit too late. Symptoms: If you first turn it on you can see the "Element" logo displayed but then the image goes away and i can no longer see the menu or other settings. If i grab a flash light i can kinda see the menu and background images. Any ideas?

Is the TVs cabinet or screen visibly damaged by heat from the candle?

I wonder if soot deposits (carbon) could have got onto the backlighting or LED driving circuitry or board.

yes it burnt about half an inch of tue bottomw left. right under the speaker.
