No S-Video from PAL gamecubes, 3rd party RGB scarts dont work

    There is no S-Video signal output from the PAL gamecube. Only Composite and RGB. This has been confirmed by talking to the techies @ Nintendo. Also, only official RGB scart cables work properly at the moment, 3rd party ones only work in composite. This is because Nintendo changed something to stop SNES/N64 RGB cables from working, which 3rd party gamecube cables are based on.

    When I find out exactly what they have changed i'll let ya know.
