No Programme information

For the past week whenever I click on the "i" button, I get no programme information available. In the TV Guide menu, again there is nothing for any channel available.

I have done a hard re-boot, to no avail.

Anyone else have this issue? I have a PACE HD Box.

The SKY guy did a planner re-build over the phone and that did not work......I do have a single feed, and I'm sure I switched to single feed mode months ago. The problem has only been here for a week.

Reluctant to get the box changed....as apart from that it's fine...but would this be a box problem?

I use single feed mode and have encountered this problem before.
As fas as im aware, on single feed mode the box updates the EPG while in Standby mode.
Try turning the box off for a few hours or at night.

Well known problem on Single feed mode.After single feed mode is activated Anytime will be off by default.Switching anytime back on whilst in single feed mode will solve the problem.
