Just picked up a Samsung LE32R87BDX from John Lewis which i ordered earlier in the week, i could not wait one for the delviery so decided to do the 50 mile round trip to pick it up. Opened the box and I'm only getting sound, no pics only blank screen
. I have tried coax and scart connections without joy. They have offered to repair the tv which can take up to a week. Only option is a refund and wait unitl they have more stock. If it was not for the 5 year guarantee i would go to currys and buy one from them. Gutted.
