No picture problem, anyone seem this?

Found yesterday that I had no picture from the HD's HDMI output (well very dark green, sound was OK).
Pulled the power on the HD box, powered up - fine after that.
Anyone seen the same thing?

I randomly have no video output. I.e. when watching a program the screen suddenly goes black and "HDMI 1" comes up, which is what my TV does if there is no signal. At all times the sound carries on perfectly, and the sky box responds properly (i.e. if I press guide I hear the guide music start).
I just need to switch it to standby and on again and its fixed. No need to unplug or anything.

Get similar / same problem

Picture just "goes" leaving sound (well mostly on occasion get nothing)

Used to unplug and reboot but found quicker soloution

Pressing TV guide brings up guide as normal
Select recorded programme
Press play
Press stop

Picture on live TV comes back
