No Picture on New Plasma

Hi:

I just purchased a new Panasonic 50" Plasma (50PZ70) - The old Plasma was a 42" PW6 and was connected in the following way for Sky+

Sky+ Scart to JS converter, component out from JS to Pioneer AV amp, I thne had a component out from the amp to the PC connector in the Plasma.

I have replicated this on the new Plasma and choosen PC but no picture...

I'm going to move to HD soon and have purchased the Onkyo 606 but I would have thought connecting the old was would have worked using the same inputs.

Any idea

Thr PW6 did not have a component board that is why I went component out of the amp to PC connector.

Just done comp to comp and it's working well, cracking picture.

VGA input on the PZ70 probably doesn't accept TV resolutions (or component video signal) unlike the more capable PW range
