No Photomerge in Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0

I am using Photoshop Elements 5.0 and wish to create a panoramic view of some of my photographs but on going into 'File'> 'New' in either Organiser or Editor all I see is 'Blank file'
with Image from Clipboard and Photoshop Panorama 'greyed out'. Can anyone tell me how I can restore these two items? Many thanks in advance.

Managed to sort it myself. This 'Silver Surfer' can now relax

I always struggled getting good results in Photoshop. I found The Panorama Factory the best and easiest by far.

Panorama Factory looks very interesting. I have bookmarked it and if I have any more problems with Photoshop then I will certainly switch. Many thanks for your help.
