    Hi all,

I am in the process of making myself a new computer - Can anyone recommend somewhere to get a nice looking 300W+ ATX Case? I know Coolermaster are fantastic, but I don't want to spend that kind of money, I just want something for aprx £50 - £70 that looks nice and isnt biege!!
I cannot believe how ugly most cases are! :(

    Suggestions appreciated!

    Lex.

P.S. Do you know what Riser supports are? (available seperately on the Globalwin 802)

You don't need them - it's a bracket to support the tops of your PCI cards.
I have an 802 as my main PC's case, and it's v nice. However, I've just bought an Antec case for my HCPC (the PSU is meant to be pretty quiet - can't comment yet), and I'm REALLY impressed with it. I bought the cheapish 630, but there's a black tower case version. No motherboard tray, but very nice to work on. If you're interested, I'll post some piccys.

By the way, I notice that Dabs are selling a black bezel for the Liteon 163, so if that's your chosen DVDRom, might be worth a look.

You might also want to have a look at kustom PCs - they do a lot of funky stuff, too - have a look in the steel case section.

...it's actually a 1030B - bit bigger than the 630, and has a door over the drive bays (so you may not need to worry about black components)

no probs :) and RichardH beat me to the riser thingy :)

The review on the 802 is good as shows the things like the motherboard tray and extra drive positions: http://www.thetechzone.com/reviews/case/globalwin802/page2.htm

it even shows the riser supports :)
