No ITV1 on Sky+, Freeview or Analogue!?

Hi,

A friend has a bizarre issue with ITV1...

No signal for ITV1 on Sky+, on freeview and analogue the channel is not found when auto tuning.

ITV2 and all other channels work fine! The signal strength is 100% on sky signal test and is locked on approx 90%...

Can someone suggest where we can start on this issue?

Still no luck?

On the SKY box the channel is present just no signal is being reported?
If so what region and have you tried ch993 for ITVLondon.

As for terrestrial then both being out may indicate a transmission issue, there used to be a page on teletext that had constant status on transmitters, not sure if it's still around though.
