    Hi,

I have a Philips 28" (PW6515) which has recently started playing up. The screen is bowed-in at the sides and none of my external channels work, so no video, digital or PS2 (s-video). When it went wrong all my channels were lost, so I'm wondering if maybe the external channels are 'lost' and I maybe I can get them back using the Service Menu?.

The Service Menu is a problem as well cos all I get on screen is 'SAM' in the top-right corner but nothing else, what am I meant to do from there?.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Kev.

    KMC1970,

    Welcome to the Forum! :)

From your description I fear that the only possible answer is to call in a Technician, as it is extremely unlikely that you can fix this yourself through adjustments.
