no epg for FIVER

After a rescan, I've managed to change Five Life to FIVER but it's not showing any programme information. Isn't there a web form you can fill in to report lack of epg to Microsoft or the guide provider?

I seem to remember doing this years ago when another new channel launched.

I am sure that the listings are still there it's just that they are still labelled 'Five Life'. Just do Settings>TV>Guide>Add Listings to Channel

The page for reporting EPG errors that used to exist on the Microsoft UK web site is no longer there. The 'official' route nowadays seems to be to post in this sub-forum on TheGreenButton where a real live Microsoft employee will often respond http://thegreenbutton.com/forums/90/ShowForum.aspx
