No BBC/ITV

    My Digibox (Grundig) is about 3 years old. All of a sudden all of the BBC/ITV channels appear as "broken up", whilst all other channels have a perfect picture (although there is a buzzing noise through TV speakers when volume is turned up).
    The Sky Customer Help guy, ran through various adjustments - none of which rectified the problem. I was told that I need to call out a Sky engineer at £65.

    Anybody had a similar problem?

    Have you tried just switching it off from the mains my Multiroom box a Grundig sometimes loses channels ,but is ok after switching Off/On worth atry if you have not done it already!

    Yes, this was one of the exercises that I went through, with the guy from Sky Customer Service.

    What is peculiar is that it is only the BBC/ITV channels including the News 24, ITV 2,BBC 3 etc, that are affected.
