I am also interested in getting one but I doubt any retailers in the UK will have any so our best bet is eBay, have seen a few good deals on there which consist of a Nintendo DS, Mario 64 and shipping for about £160

The release date for the DS in the UK is in early 2005, you may have problems importing as many of the decent importers are out of stock and no longer taking orders.

Ebay is your best bet. The bloke I bought from was very reliable and quick but obviously you have to be careful with the amount of cowboys on there.

Uk release is March 2005 I believe..

Best place to get one at the mo would be from anyone you know in Japan as there seems to be plenty available over there!

It just came out in Japane and I got one last thursday. I dont know if its sold out or not but you could try importing from japan. Maybe through lik san or some other company?

I do recomend it. The screens are bigger than I had origianly thought and the stylus offers some really original gaming moments!
A new classic is born! (PSP next sunday for me!)

This is why I moved to japan! :smoke:

Ordered mine from Videogamesplus around 10 days ago, There emailed me on Monday with the DHL AWB number, DHL tried to deliver yesterday. What a service, less than 3 days from Canada, I would love to see the post office provide the same service.

I can't rate these guys highly enough, great comms and service. :smashin:

:hiya: They never have stock, as soon as stock arrives it's being sent out, use the pre-order option and then you go on waiting list, when you reach the top they email you to confirm order. I only waited around 10 days before they emailed me and offered me a Jap version.
