Just wanted to make sure that everybody knows there is a firmware update now available for the Nintaus 9769 that actually works. I have only done some preliminary testing. I have only seen one pixelation glitch in 2 hours of viewing so far. Check out the thread at AVS for more details. But here is what I did. 1. Unzip the file. 2. Burn it as a normal data CD, closing the disk. 3. pop it in the nintaus 4. Wait about a minute, there will be lots of disc spinning 5. finally you should get a menu that says " cancel partial total" 6. select total 7. The screen breaks up and goes green, pink, and some other colour. 8. The drawer ejects, remove the CD, 9, DO NOT PRESS THE EJECT BUTTON 10. DO NOT TURN OFF THE MACHINE 11. let the machine reboot on it's own 12. After about another minute, You should get back the NINTAUS screen. Open the drawer, press the OSD button. You should now see firmware version NT2_012 edit-> I've seen a few more pixelation glitches, but it is definately better than the old firmware.
