    Hi
Interested in lenses for the D600

    I have picked up a 50mm f1.4
    I also have a 70-300 covered

So what I'm looking for is any lenses between 16-120ish

    Faster the better, anything considered

Also a d600 body if anyone happens to be selling but planning on buying new, this is just in case

P.s. I will be selling my DX equipment soon most likely unless someone can advise on how good the following dx lenses work... 35mm f1.8, 10.5mm fisheye

    Cheers

Location: Dundee at weekends / Aberdeen weekdays

OK and how much are you looking to sell for? Thanks
Ive seen many recommendations for the Nikon 28-200mm G but have been warned away from the 24-120 due to poor optics so I may have to pass.

WOW, well its certainally noty got bad optics so no idea who told you that, sure there are lemons kicking about but there are Lemons with the £1300 Nikon 24-70mm with its inherent "grinding" issues, i should know ive had 2 of them.

Honestly its optics are good, its as sharp as my 16-35mm f/4 VR wide open and just gets better at f/5.6 and onwards., condition is as new and not the dust magnet some of these can be, in fact there isn't a single speck anywhere

cheapest used one Ive seen is £270 at aperture, im looking for £240 posted RMSD, mine is 100% complete and mintier than a trebor.

    Hi,
I've got a mint Nikon AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED for sale that would be the perfect low light mid-range/stand zoom lense to accompany your D600.
    Cheapest price new ( from http://camerapricebuster.com/Nikon_AF-S_24-70mm_f2.8G_ED_pc.html ) is £1238.95
I'll let it go for £950 inc. RMSD
    That represents a 24% saving.
Let me know if you're interested :)

    Hi,

I have a D600 with the 24-85mm Kit lens that was bought last year. It comes with the Jessops PhotoPlus Warranty on both the body and lens (which is provided by Domestic and General so is still valid)

Would be looking for about £1600 for it.

I also have an SB700, 50mm 1.8 and Tamron 70-300 USD if they are of any intrest?

    Hi Jinxy
is the warranty transferrable? How long does it last?

the kit can be had for 1815 plus £150 cash back at the moment new in the UK.

I can offer £1250 going by the D600 previously being offered for 1000 on this forum and the second hand value of the 24-85, but would like to know more about warranty first.

    thanks

    Hi,

The warranty can be transfered I just need to speak to D&G and advise them of the new owner and they will send out new docs.

£1250 is a bit to low. The D600 is selling on the TP Forums for £1100+ and the 24-85 VR ED Lens for £275+ you also have £150 of warranty in there as well so £1500 all in would be the lowest I'd consider going to.

Ok thanks for information. Unfortunately I was offered a D600 recently on this forum for £1000, and Nikon offer 2 years warranty if registering the camera, so I don't feel I can offer much past what I have already. £1300 is my absolute maximum Im afraid!

Sorry should have also have said that the D&G warranty includes accidental damage cover as well as the warranty on the camera and lens itself.

Also the one you were previously offered was a Grey import not UK stock.

Ok that's more useful them, thanks for the further info.
I could then pay a bit more but £1500 is more than I can afford even in light of the extras.
I can pickup the body and lens for less and get them on the house insurance to somewhat cover myself and save some money. Anyway, I would be willing to up my offer to 1350 if you'd consider it.

    Thanks

What is the shutter count on the camera? I am probably going to end up with a black eye from a certain woman for this but I will again up my offer, 1430. Thanks
