Too late for the competition but I thought I would show it anyway.
I decided to go out with my camera after work but with the evenings drawing in well before I leave it meant I would have to shoot hand held in the dark. The MarkII handles this fairly well but even at 6400 iso it was a struggle to get a high enough shutter speed. I think my next purchase really does have to be a decent lightweight tripod (I'm thinking a Manfrotto 190CXPRO4 with a Manfrotto 410 Junior Geared Head, if you have experience with these i would be interested to hear hat you think of them).
Of the shots that I took I think this one came out the best.
Not my best photo ever but with sub-zero temps, I did not want to hang around too long
