With kickoff weekend starting on thursday/friday next week, here is the latest position for the regular season, as best as I can gather from other forums:

Sky has Thu night / fri am games and 6pm & 915pm (UK) Sunday games (within a 3 year tv deal)

Channel 4 has made no official announcement and last years deal has ended. However, SNF is listed as Ch4 coverage on various tv listing websites - 0115 on monday morning (Giants @ Cowboys)

There is likely to be a highlights coverage of the 2 wembley games (based on previous years), but i can't see confirmation of this as yet.

No word yet on MNF and that isn't shown on any tv listings sites either.

For me, this saves me subscribing to Sky sports until the post season as one game per week is a good fix for NFL.

If BT sports get MNF i may look at the cost of upgrading my VM TV package to XL to get BTS.

Chuffed that my team (DAL) are in the first week of C4 coverage :)

I was very tempted to splurge for the online season pass, there were various discount codes flying around for 10% off and the free review game quality was excellent even out in the sticks on a 6mb ADSL connection, but then decided to opt for BT "just in case" via Sky and Sky Sports. Perhaps next year I'll go for the online coverage...

Is it not getting a little late to arrange a deal tho?

I get Sky Sports so I'm sorted thank God, but did use the BBC's coverage on the red button last year for some games. Liked the ad free coverage of course. But that was a one year deal and not heard anything about it being being repeated. If the NFL/UK want more games over here they need to push this towards FTA and the BBC and C4 need the push it more.

I seem to recall C4 and BBC were very late in announcing last year as well, as in one or two days before they broadcast..

These things often goto the wire. It is odd that the game sits on the planner without the confirmation. I don't remember that before.

NFL UK looks strangely bare on the old schedule front - hoping that Sky have more games than this actually scheduled...

NFL - Watch Live American Football | TV Listings | Sky Sports

Seems as though there is a lot to be scheduled so i wouldn't panic just yet.

I assume Sky with have the NFL Redzone on the red button so I'm more than happy with that as you get to see just about everything you need to on that.

On the other hand they seem to be using the Ashes HD channel and so by having a dedicated channel like the F1 they should be filling the thing with footage. But I suppose viewing figures rule the expenditure and I guess they are not in the millions.

The Channel 4 deal got confirmed last week, to include SNF, SB and International series live games:

    MNF broadcast details outstanding...

Hard knocks is a great series, if you have chance to look at earlier series I highly recommend them.

I have just read on the NFL UK forum that British Europsort 2 has MNF.

I'm pretty sure that i get that in my VM package  So i can avoid sky sports until the play offs.

NFL season pass is free if you happen to live in the Netherlands or Argentina (or should I say if your connection happens to be coming from Netherlands or Argentina ;) )

    Split channel live events...in 2013..... Really !!!?

Saw that my series link had picked up the wembley game, so left it to carry on. Just sat down to watch it and got "now turn over to more 4".... Not without a time machine :-(

    Not pleased.

With the 2014 NFL kick off weekend starting tomorrow night, the British TV coverage for the season is as per last year.

if you want to avoid SS costs (like me) you can get 2 live games per week, increasing to 3 for London games. But, you'll need SS for live play-off coverage:

    Looks good to me

Quick heads up that the first London NFL game of 2014 is on Sunday - with TV coverage split between C4 and More4. if you record the games you'll need to record both individually.
