Nexus 10. No Google access.

Suddenly, for no apparent reason, my wife cannot access Google on her Nexus 10. No other access problems. Just Google. We are both quite ancient computer illiterates and would appreciate any helpful advice. Thanks.

Try uninstalling it and then install it again.

What exactly can't you access, Google is a little vague.

Is it a certain Google app (Play store for example), the search app or the Google page in a browser?

It would help to know if you get any error messages when you try to access whatever it is too.

It was the Google page. Took Welshy's advice and o.k now.
