NEWS: UK telecoms come together to keep country connected

Another example of the worst of times bringing out the best in people.

There are little ways we can help without going far out of our ways.
For example at a supermarket I thank the people managing the queues and let them know I appreciate what they do.
At Tesco there was someone sterilising the handles of trolleys and people were walking past him. I thanked him for doing it and told him I appreciate his effort.

I live in Dorset and used their feedback form:
"I would like to thank everyone at Dorset Police for doing a great job, especially the front line officers dealing with an epidemic of idiots and doing so with grace."

It is important at this time to let people on the front line that you appreciate what they do (and putting a smile on their face in the process).
