NEWS: Samsung pulls out of IFA 2020?

This COVID-19 pandemic is extraordinary and theoretically it could last for another two years if the last SARS type pandemic the A/H1N1 in 1918-20 is any example. What seems to be becoming increasingly apparent is the necessity to open businesses and allow people to work, especially in the USA and Asia, retail business (for example) are making every reasonable effort to keep people and staff safe, sports stadiums are allowing small crowds to enter, this is a gradual process, when done properly events where people normally gather can still take place with limited numbers attending and organised social distancing rules applied. Exhibitors at IFA could showcase there technology in reasonable safety.

It should be noted that many locations that have relaxed their restrictions and started to open themselves up have then experiencied a resurgence of covid-19 and increased infections.

This is off topic, but I'm encountering people who now appear to think the risks are insignifacant and completely ignoring any form of social distancing.

We are heading for one almighty second wave if this continues into the winter.

Covid-19 will remain as being a major risk to health until a working and reliable vaccine is developed, distributed and administered.

Who the hell wants to go wherever there are likely to be crowds of people who will more than likely be infected with covid-19? Idiots?????

it seems the U.K. conservatives want you to do exactly that, boost the economy, i certainly don’t give a flying fk about any economy when people are dying.
