NEWS: Black Friday 2020 UK Deals: What you need to know

Article updated 17-Nov-2020:

If you're looking for home cinema speaker bargains, Q Acoustics and American Audio both have deals on a range of 5.1 speaker packages including nearly £350 off the 3050i 5.1 Cinema Bundle from Q Acoustics and up to £800 discounted off KLH 5.1 speaker packages.

Check out the article for more information and links.
I purchased a KLH Windsor 12" Subwoofer this week from American Audio for £299. Most sellers were listing this around the £649 price so an absolute bargain. Well done American Audio and thanks.

Article updated 23-Nov-2020:

1/ Subwoofer specialist SVS is reducing the price of its renowned SVS 2000 Series subwoofers to the tune of $200 each, making the SB-2000 $499 and the PB-2000 $599. Possibly just for our US cousins but might be worth a look nonetheless.

2/ Lypertek's PurePlay Z3 true wireless earphones (previously known as TEVI) have a 30 percent Black Friday discount at Amazon and are now £69. Read our review of the PurePlay Z3 when they were known as TEVI.

The that anoys me about Black friday is that in the US Amazon and other places have really good Bluray and 4K deals but the UK sites have like 10% to 30% off when the US have 4K's at under $10 :(

I jumped in on a PX7 Carbon Edition at £220 (RRP £350) from Amazon with two-year breakdown and accidental damage cover at £25.59. Sevenoaks are selling for £220 (now down to £218 and, as of today, out of stock) but no option for additional cover over the one-year warranty which is severely limiting. JL are still selling the PX Carbon Edition at £245 and £20 for a two-year Protect Plus policy. As much as I would have preferred to purchase from JL, I really can't justify an extra £20 outlay with nothing to show for it.

I also purchased a pair of B&W PI4's from Amazon at £100 (RRP £270) which was also a very good deal.

Anyway, JL didn't miss out because they were most competitive on a bottle of 200ml Dior Sauvage Parfum (not EDP, btw) which should last a few years.
