It's the new content that will be sought. The mandalorian may well eclipse game of thrones as the most pirated show of all time. I'm sure that a very significant portion of that will be people that would gladly pay for it, given the option.

For myself, I tend to buy the Disney titles I want to rewatch, so the only interest would be the new stuff like the Mandalorian, & I agree & I have written elsewhere that we stand a good chance of a strong resurgence of pirating. Fragmentation is a bad, & badly-thought out attempt by all these Fat-cat organisations to "have all the cake". Did they not learn from the Cable Companies? Of course not - they know better! :rolleyes:
