    Hi - I have a new Nokia 3100 handset delivered as a replacement for a 3410 on o2.
However, I want to use my Orange sim card in the new handset. When I have inserted the sim and switched on, the Orange logo comes up, but also a capital G is visible in top left corner of screen and I cannot access my Orange voicemail. Pressing 1 takes me through to o2 voicemail number which it states is not in use - HELP!

there should be an option some where with in the phones settings to select network to automatic. once you have done this it may sort out your problem as ,if the phone is not locked it will auto set to orange.

Try MENU > MESSAGES > VOICE MESSAGES > VOICE MAILBOX NUMBER & change the number to +447973100123.

Make a note of the O2 number first in case you want to revert back.
