    Hi,

Just about to buy my first cam looking at the new sony 33. If I wanted to store the video and still pictures on a VCD what connections do i need and does the 33 have what i need?

Also is it possible to use this cam ( any other cam) on a pc as a live feed (video conferencing)?

    cheers

    Gary

To get your video onto a PC you will need to add (proberbly not already on the PC) a PCI firewire card. These can be bought from around £20 or £30 with basic editing software. The TRV33 does have this port.
This cam can also connect to a PC via USB for use as a webcam

Looks to me like it will do all you ask.

    Mark.
