    Guys,

I just bought an E85 and thought I may upgrade the HDD at some time, but reading other threads, it appears that it the unit will only format any HDD to the original 80Gb capacity.

Can anyone tell if if they've tried taking the HDD out an hooking it up to a Windows or Linux PC, to see if the HDD has a recognisable disk format, as one option may be to externally format a new drive on a PC if the box won't do it its self.

Is the HDD type IDE, or Serial ATA or SCSI etc ???

Also. Other threads on the Internet seem to say the Pana Exx boxes use Linux as their OS.
Does anyone know if thats true??
