I have been hanging on for the directors cut of the X-Men movie on DVD, which includes the seamless branching of the deleted scenes, when I heard of this I thought I was in luck, but I seems I will have to wait longer.:(
Anyway its good news for fans of DTS and the X-Men. Click here for more info http://www.dvddebate.com/article.php?sid=3075&mode=threaded&order=0&thold=0

It's the same cut as the previous DVD but with more extras.

The director's cut has been scrapped.

I thought my R2 already had branching, except that it wasn't seamless

Extras on the X-Men SE were pretty jam packed so 2 disk only for die-hard fans me thinks (I loved the hidden spiderman outtake on the regular SE btw :D)
