Hi, have had my 42PX80 for 6 years, and with a PS4 on order I was looking for full HD TV as a possible instead of current 720p, but with the same picture quality in SD as the 42PX80. Not interested in 3D and would prefer a non-reflective screen as I have lights in room. Some SMART features would be OK but dont need it overcomplicated. Would prefer SCART socket for sky+ box but if SCART adaptor works as well then fine. Id prefer to hook up my room hifi speakers amp to headphone socket or audio out and have that on same time as the tv speakers when I want to.
Price point £500-£800. I dont like quad stands.
I watch sports a lot on sky SD so wouldnt want blurry and would want good motion. An average to very good viewing angle preferable.
Size wise it would have to be 42" or maybe 46" because of SD viewing from 9.5 feet

Anything good out there thats better than my current setup? thanks.

The 50hz bug will likely be a problem with the recent plasmas.

Sony 46w905 interests me if the price comes down.

Stocks will likely be fine before the price comes down more now. Buy from John Lewis, and you can price match retrospectively for 28 days after purchase
