I got a new Bush 21" CRT TV and for some reason when watching a DVD through RGB scart or even RF, when bright white lights appear on the screen or even a bright white image, the TV seems to react to it, almost following it with a wave of dark contrast.

Similiarly, when you watch it, in general it's ok, but when watching a show, as the camera angles change from a well lit shot, to a slightly less well lit shot, the contrast appears to visibly change.

I am wondering if this is a damaged model and should I bring it back?.
I remember a topic like this coming up before where people had trouble with white light or images on their screens but, if I remember correctly, it was with older sets, this one is brand new and i'm sure it should'nt be like this.
    Any comments?.

Sounds like the PSU in the TV can't cope. Need other owners to clarify but sounds more like cheap PSU design..............
