new tv for bedroom

    i have a budget of £400 and need to connect my:
    sky plus box,
    freeview box
    vcr player
    and dvd player when i can afford one

    why tv should i buy, i know a fair bit about them, i want a 24 or 28 inch widescreen, would prefer, sony philips or panasonic, are there any other good makes? ;)

    it need to have a stand, and preferable be flat screen other than that, it should be good,

    what do you lot reomend, the sony thats £399 in comet (28inch ws) or another

    please help

    Phillips do a good one,24 inch.The Sony wega are a bit overpriced imo.

    im looking closely at the philips aswel, do you think this time of the year is bets to buy or should i wait a couple of months?

    Comet have a special offer on the Panasonic 28DT4. It's only got 2 scart scockets but Freeview is built in. Instore for £429.

    Comet also has the much aclaimed Panasonic 28PS1 on it's website for £379. Bit of a bargin too.

    I've stuggled finding prices as good for sony kit but you could try:

    it's a good starting point anyway.

    One word of warning from someone that's just put a 28" TV in his bedroom tho....make sure you can get the damn thing up the stairs becuase the boxes they come in are bloody enormous and weigh a ton!
