Bought a Panasonic 50CX802 on Wednesday which had been reduced to clear in John Lewis, I checked the TV over especially the screen to check for scratches which it had none at all so i took it but asked if they could keep it til Friday and id come collect it then, they said they'd bubble wrap it and keep it safe. Got it home and took bubble wrap off to find the screen has a 2cm scratch on it. Spoke to customer Service who said the store concerned would ring me back tomorrow. I took the Added care on it as well.
Just wondering what my options would be as i got a good deal on it and it was not damaged when i paid for it, im guessing they would say to return it and buy another brand new one but wondering where i stand
