Hi all,
After my SkyHD started playing up, the missus was complaining about missing Britains Got Talent! So we brought an indoor aerial that had a built in booster.
I connected it to the TV (LG HDTV with Freeview built in) and after the scan, it found a lot of channels and they all seem to work well with no breakups etc (signal strength around 85-90%).
But I noticed that BBC1 and BBC2 were missing (as well as a few other channels). Is that normal? I'd assume the BBC channels would be the staple ones you could get - especially above things like BidUpTV!!!!
Secondly, the aerial I've got - as I say, it's got a built in booster with a twisty knob to adjust the power (0-100). Anyone know the best way to use these - as to me, it would make sense to just leave the power at 100 surely? Or could that cause problems by boosting a bad signal and should I try different settings????
Thanks!
