New Sky+ upgrade?

I have an Amstrad PVR3 Sky+ box and got the recent software upgrade about a week ago (new backgrounds, bye bye red dot etc).

Last night the box was chuntering to itself while on standby and this morning was on channel 998 when I turned on.

Has the update been updated? I haven't had chance to play with it yet.
