Question New Sky Q - Downloads failing

I upgraded to Sky Q, plus Sky Q Mini this week. However several requested downloads have failed with the message “Failed. Technical Fault”. My internet speed is fine and the Q box is connected to the router by a network cable. Is this common and is there a fix?

I think I have seen that once. Turn everything off at the wall and restart.
 
I do not get that and I download a fair amount.
Do you have Sky broadband?
 
Went to watch the next episode in our nightly GoT binge and that message came up. The download could have been attempted 48 hours ago. It worked no problem on a Re-try.
