New Sharp Aquos - sluggish frame rate?

Hey all, i received a new sharp lcd hdtv today and at times it appears to suffer from a slow frame rate. I'm not sure if that's the correct term but anyway, it's like a video game stuttering at times, it's not very dramatic but definitely noticable. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I'm using it with sky digital, connected with scart. Thanks.

turn off all image enhancers in the tv`s menu (DNR, film mode) and set the tv to user and calibrate as required. this should stop the sluggish framerate and blurring.

the main setting causes is seems to be the DNR (digital noise reduction) as it alter the image from the scource and this processing causes blurring.
