New Samsung QE65QN95AATXXU not working with Sky Q UHD

Hi ,

I'm trying to watch my Sky Q UHD on a QE65Q900TSTXXU Samsung t.v and I can't. My previous t.v was a Samsung QE65Q900TSTXXU which was faulty and Samsung replaced with the model above . I have my Sky Q and an Amazon fire stick running through an amp ( Pioneer sc-lx901 ) direct to the t.v . This all worked fine on my old t.v in HD and in UHD on Sky Q.
The new t.v has a large one connect box which the old one did not ( which is a problem if you hang the t.v on a wall ) I have the same hdmi cables as before the only change is the new t.v . I can watch Sky in HD but not UHD when selecting a movie in UHD Sky asks you to change the setting to 2160UHD when I try this I get an error message from the Sky Q saying " The input on your t.v doesn't support ulta hd" .

Has anyone had the same issue or know what I can do ?

Thanks
Ben

P.s the Amazon fire stick will not work through the amp but will work direct in the one box

Hi, I have manged to get it working .
The sky now goes direct to the t.v and the t.v and the sound goes back to the amp . After sorting the lip sync it seams to work OK now.
Thanks for the reply.
