New PC build components

Hi guys, I am about to build a new pc, and its NOT a high end pc by any means. I have a consle for most games I play and this will be for some Steam games etc, nothing that is going to be too taxing, anyway lets get to the components.

Aerocool Streak case (I already had this case so will be recycled. Everything else will be new.
ASUS TUF Gaming A520M-Plus AMD A520
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor (6C/12T, 35 MB Cache, 4.2 GHz
Corsair VENGEANCELPX16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3600
Crucial P2 CT250P2SSD8 250GB Internal SSD, Up to 2400 MB/s (3D NAND, NVMe, PCIe, M.2) (Primary for OS)
EVGA 600 W2 80+ WHITE POWER SUPPLY 100-W2-0600-K3
iyituod WiFi 6 AX200NGW 802.11ax M.2 WiFi Card 2402Mbps 5GHz / 574Mbps 2.4GHz Wireless Module for Laptop Desktop with Bluetooth 5.1
upHere 120mm 3PIN Dual halo Red LED PC Case Fan,High performance Silent Fan

I have a keyboard and mouse and my TV will be the monitor and the OS will be windows 10 pro.

I am uncertain as to what graphics card I will need, I have an Oculus Quest 2 and would like to run a couple of games from my pc mainly ETS2 and ATS. So i need a little more research as I dont want to buy a high end card as this will be for occasional use.

On the case there is room for 2 x 120mm fans on the front and there is an 80mm fan on the back. The front fans would draw air in and the rear fan would vent air out it that correct? Aslo does anyone know if there would be room for a 120mm fan if I modded the case a bit?

Any advice on building and specially the graphics card choice would be very welcomed.

I would get the biggest cheapest (1TB maybe) NMVe drive you can find instead of 2 drives, no one wants a HDD anymore and that laptop drive you are listed is junk by modern standards (and a laptop drive which is an odd choice) you can always buy more disks later on, there only going to get cheaper. If you must have 2TB now at least get a old school SSD instead but personally I recommend getting a motherboard with 2 NVMe slots and using both of them to have enough storage, 1TB today, another when a good deal comes along.

Amazon product

graphics cards are going to be the hardest thing to get at the moment, a real nightmare and I wish I was exaggerating here. I have a quest 1 and am using a 18 month old AMD 5700XT so you need perforamce around that level - little lower will be OK. Getting anything at all is hard at the moment with the global shortage, getting something that isnt double the price it was 12 months ago impossible.
