New PC Base Unit, advice please

I hope soon to be ordering a new desktop base unit to replace my old Athlon64 3200+,on board graphics set-up. Main use is that I edit a high number of photographs using Photoshop Elements and also use video editing software. Also interested in buying MS Flight Sim X. which I suppose is the critical factor, ie will it run on the followig spec?. My budget is around £350.00. Current thinking is Asus case with 450watt PSU, AMD AM2 7750, Asus M4N78 SE motherboard, ATI 4770 HTDI 512 Mb, 320 GB hard drive, 2 GB memory, DVD writer etc. Any thoughts?

I thought FSX was supposed to be insanely CPU hungry and not be that bothered about a graphics card? Although as I've no interest in sims myself I could well be thinking of something else.
