Bought a media center PC yesterday to go with my sonix LCD Tv and am on the whole extremely pleased.

The main issue I have is that if you look reasonably closely at the picture there are a few faint horizontal lines which seem to continually move upwards and happen continuously.

The lines don't occur for other sources and the pq from the PC is otherwise fantastic.

The resolution is set to 1024x768, which is what manual for the TV recommends, and I have tried other settings. The video card is an ATI Radeon 128mb x300 SE, I'm using a 10m VGA cable bought from Maplins.

    Any idea's :lease:

Sounds like it could be due to interference, what's the quality of the VGA cable like, 10m seems pretty long. Try with a higher quality/ shorter lead to see.
