I was looking on this site, http://shop.petermartin.co.uk/acatalog/NEW_LOEWE_Xelos.html They have lots of new Loewe tv's at great prices. I can not find any info on them on Loewe's web site. Does anybody know anything about these cool looking lcd's? The Xelos SL 32'' is a stunning screen with all the inputs you could dream of so I am hoping that the Concept 32 and Xelos A32 haven't been striped to keep down costs.
I asked this question ages ago, nobody seemed to have any knowledge of the new models. Loewe recently announced new Xelos A22 and A26 models but nothing on the 32.
No, aphextwin's referring to the new Loewe Concept 32 and A32 models as listed in his link but theres no official details on the Loewe website. The SL32's been out for a while now. The basic difference are the Concept has side speakers and both that and the A series have integrated electronics rather than a separate media box such as in the SL.
i would be very wary of these 'concept' loewe models. there basically watered down products to fit a price range. you should see the loewe concept plasma! lg screen, looks ugly! you wouln't see b&o do this!
That's a dreadful site, very flashy but .pdfs don't load! Navigation is awful! Let's hope the TVs are not as terrible!
I heard that Loewe were planning on adding a PixelPlus2 type enhancement this year to clean-up tv/sat pictures. Does anyone know if these TV's have that?
That was a rumour started by some muppet doing a magazine review. No basis what so ever, I've even seen it denied flatly but I can't remember by whome. Anyway, even the current models have Pixel Plus type technology just by different names. Its amazing what a name associated to something can bring. Pixel plus, Wega etc etc. They are just marketing terms given to standard technology that exists on most screens.
