New LG TV Not Connecting - Help!

Hi! I recently purchased an LG tv (LG 43UN7100 43 inch, Ultra HD 4K), and it was working perfectly fine until one day when it wouldn't connect to my internet. I disconnected my WiFi etc, but then when I tried to reconnect to WiFi on the TV it wouldn't allow me and it wouldn't show any available WiFi's to connect to. I searched online and saw a thread about changing the date and time, but this worked to no avail. I then tried to use the TV through my xbox, but when I click on the HDMI channel that no longer works either as if it's not connected at all. I've also done a factory reset and this hasn't worked either.

Does anyone know what could be happening and how this could be fixed? I tried to get in touch with LG but they told me due to my retailer I would have to arrange this through them, but I've had difficulties in trying to get any help.

According to the image you posted, your 'Wi-Fi Connection' is 'Off'...

Have you gott the quickstart feature enabled - if so try disabling it
