I'm a bit of a newbie to the A/V world so please bear with me, I have decided to finally complement my Philips 36PW9525 TV with some half decent audio components.

I have just bought a Yamaha RX-V800RDS amp, and am now deliberating which speakers to get.

Initially i was rather taken by the new KEF Coda range, the 70 rears, 80 Centre and the 90 mains, does anyone have any idea of what these speakers are actually like?
I cannot find any reviews or comment on them anywhere.

They look fantastic and would go with my wooden floor rather well.

    Fronts... 90's

    Centre... 80

    Rears... 70's

Or should just stick with the tried and tested Mission Cinema 7 set but with 774's instead of the 773's?

Both sets come in at roughly the £550 mark.

Alternatively can you suggest any others that I should consider that are obtainable for around £550?

I'm interested in having a quality set of mains as I'll use the systems probably more for music that DVD/TV etc use.

    Many thanks,

    Jezz Palmer.
