Just thought i'd post up some pictures of my home cinema which was finished this weekend. Thanks to Pounds for a great install, they really do take pride in their work.
    Heres the lowdown of equipment.

    Fronts: MK 150's
    Subwoofers: MK350 and 150
    Surrounds: MK S150's
Rear Centres: MK SW85's (really happy with the look and performance of these).
    AMP: AVC-A1XV
    DVD Player: DVD-A1XV
    TV: Pioneer 435XDE

Really happy with the combination, the whole system just "fits" with every component

that amp is ridiculous (in a good way) must weigh a ton. hope pounds reinforced the floor under the rack :rotfl:

how does it sound with the 2 M&K subs?

The whole systems sounds awesome, clarity, steering are all there. The 2 subs just fill the room with a nice "mellow" bass. I know that things wil change over the next week as the system "breaks in" but that should mean things get better.

Nice kit, I like the plasma location, ideal place for a projection screen in front, in the future.
I would like to see that dvd player through a decent hi def projector, I would imagine the picture quality from the denon is awesome.

You read my mind, projector is the next little project in the next 12 months.
The DVD through the plasma using HDMI is a wonderful sight, would also love to see it through a projector

    Agreed, nice setup !
Couple of questions though ( I like questions).

I see the rear wires are channelled into the wall, but the front ones are ducted, is that because the wires were two big to channel into the wall?

Where did you get those DVD racks?

    Thanks,
    Bruce.

Good Question, that piece of ducting at the front is for the plasma cable to the control box, that was way too big to put in the wall.
The cables for the front speakers and subs are trailed underneath the floorboards.
Those DVD racks came from stands unique...which reminds me..need to get another of those.

Had it quite some time so really had to think about this one. I think it was from Nottingham Recliner Center, its just a laz-y-boy 2 seater recliner. If you google for it you'll probably get quite a few hits.
New pictures (post decoration) to follow soon

I like your set up, looking at the 150's myself for my garage project. It is definately screaming out for a PJ.
