    No idea :confused: but have you emailed their UK customer service dept to find out?

    I thought Grundig had gone belly up, Who owns it now?

    Well they don't have a UK customer service dept any more - just GTS who service existing kit.
    Various bits of Grundig have been sold off recently; the main audio-visual business, which still operates in mainland Europe, Australia and some Asian markets, was bought over by the Alba group, but as a going concern. They still design and build AV products in Germany and other locations, but have not been officially imported to the UK for a while.

    Oh no, not Alba, that is an awful thing to happen to Grundig.
